Special education and 504 plans
Virtual Horizons Charter School is a public charter school, we're held to the same federal and state special education laws as every other public school in Utah. Students with an IEP receive services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA); students with a 504 Plan receive accommodations under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

A Meta Quest headset is provided to every enrolled student at no charge. We handle setup support and technical help throughout the year.
We currently serve grades 4–12. All students residing in Utah are eligible to apply.
